In 1979, in Culver City, my parents opened an International Grocery Store, the first of its kind in a small suburb of Los Angeles. Filled with nostalgia for their childhood home in India, they embarked on this venture, and I, at just three years old, grew up in that shop. This experience laid the foundation for the love, understanding, and passion for spices, food, and each other that defines our brand today.
